LIFEgroup Leader Basic Training:

Every ministry in our church is organized around a core group of leaders, a team. We believe that healthy ministry is led by healthy leaders.

If you desire to serve on one of our ministry teams, the first step is to attend one of our "Basic Leader Training" classes. Whether you will be leading a ministry to children, youth or leading one of our LIFEgroups, this class will teach you about the vision and direction of our church to develop an ever expanding group of leaders for an ever expanding ministry in our community.

You can also take online classes by watching videos on the internet and taking notes with the supplied online outline. After watching the videos, schedule an appointment with one of our pastors by emailing the office and bring the completed outline with you to the appointment.

At the seminar you will receive:

* A notebook with outlines and tools for leading a ministry or a LIFEgroup.
* Handouts for inviting your neighbors and friends to your group before you launch the group.
* LIFEgroup covenants for the group and every member.
* Worship DVD for use as a tool for leading your group into the presence of God.
* Attendance forms keeping track of each member.
* Folded business card invitations for your LIFEgroup.

This one time class will provide you with the tools you need to promote your ministry or LIFEgroup and get it up and running. Once you complete this seminar you will have the opportunity to join an existing leadership team or start an official LIFEgroup. You will be joining a movement of people who take Jesus at His word when He commanded us to make disciples of all nations. So what are you waiting for?
